My name is Ava Pugh. I became a rancher later in life to address major health problems with a change of lifestyle and a diet rich in clean, grass-fed meats.

 

After experiencing trials and tribulations, I started the W Bar W Ranch. The name pays homage to my reputation as a Wonder Woman and to the beautiful winding waters that snake through my property. For the past two decades, I have taken great pride in raising delicious pork and grass-fed beef and lamb for friends and customers in the region. ​
